It is a signal, not a threat. Feel it, honor it, and let it guide you. Each time you acknowledge it, you reclaim your power, your boundaries, and your wholeness. Let it run through your veins. Feel it to the brim, without fear, shame, or guilt. Merely feeling it cannot harm you or others. Allow it to restore your strength, your boundaries, and your sense of self.
Often, anger is a protective signal that something isn’t right for you. It can mean a boundary has been crossed or your needs are being ignored. There’s a difference between acting it out and allowing the emotion to move freely through your body. Sometimes shaking, stomping your feet, or opening your mouth as if to scream can help release it safely, restoring your energy.

Expressing your anger in a safe way is not only liberating, it’s healing.
