Growth rarely feels safe.

Healing isn’t easy.

The most meaningful shifts often happen in the messy, uncertain in-between, when you stay present with your discomfort, as hard as it is, instead of running from it.

Let it be awkward. Let it stretch you.

Cry your eyes out until you can cry no more. That’s how we begin to break free from the early conditioning that shaped our pain.

At first, it might feel like dying.

But please remember: this stage is temporary.

Everything in life is impermanent.

And sometimes, impermanence is both a curse and a blessing.

The Threshold of Shadows:

The pain of being aware of your own darkness is one of the most excruciating sensations one can experience in a lifetime.

It feels like dying.

Until it sets you free.
